IM Asset Management is an independent financial planning and investment management company dedicated to providing first class financial solutions and specialist services to clients in receipt of personal injury awards.
Owned by the Partners of Irwin Mitchell, IM Asset Management provides both pre-settlement expert financial advice and post-settlement investment planning and management.
We currently have over 400 clients and manage funds worth over £200m on their behalf. IM Asset Management is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Unlike most IFAs, banks, insurance companies and stockbrokers we are true specialists in the financial management of personal injury awards as this is all we do.
Our various teams of experts have years of experience in investment management, financial management and tax mitigation.
Independent
Although owned by the Partners of Irwin Mitchell, we operate independently from them and can deal with all law firms.
Other law firms can be assured that our relationship with Irwin Mitchell will not in anyway impinge upon our advice and all work is dealt with in total confidence.
We are also independent from any investment company which means we can select funds from any organisation, including the OEIC funds we manage.
